Posh Private Residence In Singapore Oozes Modern Class!

Most of the homes in South East Constructed in the late 70s and early 80s seemed to have embraced a cubicle design and style philosophy that clearly segregates rooms with distinct walls. But with altering instances and trends, the area is seeing a natural shift towards the open floor program. The 67 Jalan Binchang is a single such structure that was in an urgent need of not just a renovation or expansion, but a complete revamp. The process of rejuvenating this aged residence into a shining contemporary masterpiece fell upon the architects at A D Lab, who turned towards sweeping, open interiors and smart extensions to bring about a brilliant transformation.

Alternatively of performing away fully with the existing structure, the architects worked out a expense-saving plan that enabled them to use the pre-current pattern and structure of the residence. But the internal plan and arrangement was fully revamped, even though the exterior got a multi-functional permeable wall that cut out both unnecessary noise and excessive tropical heat. A floating staircase and a refreshing pool greet you at the entrance. A stylish walkway leads to the lavish living room, dining location and kitchen on the decrease level.

Tucked away on the other side are the residence health club, a laundry space and a wet kitchen. The second floor attributes the master suite along with 3 other bedrooms and the family area. The prime level holds a beautiful entertainment location with a pool table and a beautiful terrace with views of the city. With enhanced insulation and fascinating lighting fixtures, the 67 Jalan Binchang shines through with flair and flamboyance.

Capitalizing on its partial setting on elevated ground, the living and dining rooms flank the rear half of the home, maximizing unobstructed views of greenery within and outside the website boundaries”. A series of intertwining corridors and bridges create original passageways from 1 space to yet another. With so a lot of attractive all-natural inserts, kids are inspired to spend much more time playing outdoors than in their bedrooms. A fantastic method, wouldn’t you agree?
